Examples of estimated times: Deep cleaning - 0 - 1000 Square Feet (1 Hour) Deep cleaning - 1001 - 1500 Square Feet (1.5 Hours) Deep cleaning - 1501 - 2000 Square Feet (2 Hours) Deep cleaning - 2001 - 2500 Square Feet (2.5 Hours) Deep cleaning - 2501 - 3000 Square Feet (3 Hours) Deep cleaning - 3001 - 3500 Square Feet (3.5 Hours) Deep cleaning - 3501 - 4000 Square Feet (4 Hours) Includes cleaning of: KITCHEN- All cabinets and drawers outside, all appliances outside, microwave inside and out, countertops, pantry, light fixtures, doors and doorframes, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. BATHROOMS- All cabinets and drawers outside, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, toilets, light fixtures, doors and doorframes, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. ALL ROOMS- Blinds, baseboards, fans, doors, doorframes, closets, light fixtures, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, all sliding doors inside and out including sliding door tracks. We require a 48-hour cancellation notice. A service fee of $50.00 may apply if cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning. The full amount may be charged if canceled the same day as the scheduled cleaning. The estimated time is based off the size of your house and condition, if your house requires more time than estimated, we will make sure it is OK to continue until finished, time depends on the size and condition of the house. Thank you for the opportunity for us to give your home some love. Below are some tips to help prevent any additional time being needed. Preparation Tips to ensure you get the most of your cleaning: -Remove any clutter, so we can clean all surfaces -Pick up clothes and kid’s toys -Make sure sink is cleared of any dishes -Find a good spot for your pets so they are safe and comfortable while we clean If we must do any of these things, we may have to add an additional charge by the hour. We take most forms of payment, credit card, Zelle, Venmo, cash, check. If cash, please put in an envelope and write Rosa Instaclean on it.

Cancellation Policy
